will have the best teachers and smaller class sizes. Roscoe wants to
expand training opportunities in our community and provide grants
for students who get an associates degree from a community college. Roscoe Reynolds has led the fight to bring
new higher education opportunities to our communities, including the
New College Institute in Martinsville.
